The history of AGH Companies is one that begins with the bold seeking of purpose by an individual. In 2007, Adee began his professional career in the financial arena at Haddad Distilleries in Amman, Jordan. With a great work ethic and an insatiable hunger for knowledge, he moved to the United States and expanded his financial experience as an employee of Bank of America.
But Adee had a vision beyond corporate walls — a vision of independence, compassion, and empowerment. In 2018, he took a leap of faith, leaving behind the comfort of a secure career to create something of his own: a portfolio of businesses that would offer integrated, client-focused solutions. And so, the foundations of Haddad Financial Services, Haddad Management Group,By Brandify, The Key Path and PetroDemo.

Adee’s business step wasn’t so much about financial services in the abstract — it was about delivering solutions in real life based on experience. With deep understanding of financial systems and a personal background of overcoming adversity and reinvention, he wanted to create a company that does something more than provide guidance. He imagined practical, strategic execution that actually makes change happen.
